What were your initial thoughts when you learned about the outbreak?

As the virus was a slow growing threat, my thoughts evolved day by day. The prevailing thought has always been the need to practice safe coffee and how to keep our staff and customers safe.

How has it affected your business?

The impact has been a drastic reduction in wholesale office coffee service and cafe service but an increase in online business and grocery channels.

What new strategies have you implemented or do you plan to implement in your business?

We are refocusing our business to address the opportunities at hand which are promoting the e-commerce and doing more social media posting.

If you had one ask of your community right now, what would it be?

The best thing community could do for Red Bay Coffee is to sign up for a coffee subscription.
